Over the last 4 years, working with Orthodontic Management Solutions, she has focused on developing solutions to implement and streamline the New Patient Exam Process. Using her knowledge, unique teaching style, compassionate nature and dynamic personality, she has made significant contributions to the success of our client practices in the area of case acceptance. Yasman is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. She does this by identifying opportunities for improvement, developing a plan of action and leading the clients through a customized process which helps them reach a higher level of success.

Marketing Director

Lanie is responsible for developing and executing the orthodontic marketing plan and strategy for Orthodontic Management Solutions. As the leader of our marketing team, Lanie manages all trade shows, workshops, public relations programs and advertising campaigns. With her attention to detail, positive attitude and a deep understanding of the client centric culture of Orthodontic Management Solutions, Lanie helps orchestrate a number of successful events, workshops and seminars each year. She is a valuable assets to our company and an instrumental part of the Orthodontic Management Solutions team.

Renee Norton
Administrative Assistant and Finance Manager

Renee coordinates the scheduling for orthodontic training workshops and private practice consultations. She assist our clients with registration, travel plans and meeting details. She is extremely knowledgeable and can answer your questions and provide details about any of our products and services. Renee is also in charge of finances at Orthodontic Management Solutions. Whether it is answering phone calls and assisting our clients with scheduling or managing our Finance Department, Renee takes a lot of pride in providing outstanding service and support to both her teammates and our clients.

Nickole Francis
Communications Manager

Nickole is responsible for all written communication including newsletters, advertising pieces, website content, private client reports and meeting agendas. She plays a key role in lecturing events and study club meetings, and manages relationships with our media contacts. She is a dedicated and committed member of our team who can successfully manage several important projects simultaneously. There are very few people who are as good at multi tasking as Nickole is. She is the go to person at Orthodontic Management Solutions who is always ready to help with a welcoming smile.
