Client Workshops

Prior to scheduling an in office practice consultation, it is strongly recommended that the doctor and his or her staff attend one of Scarlett's work shops. During the work shop you will be taught everything pertaining to:

  • The new patient exam process
  • The one step start
  • Increasing case acceptance
  • Top notch management skills
  • A marketing game plan tailored for your practice
  • Building a successful schedule for the growth of a practice
  • And most of all “Team Building”

During the work shop you will be given various written materials, scripting and suggestions on how to implement these systems into your practice.

After the work shop is completed and the systems are in place, it is recommended that a 2 day private in office consultation be provided by Scarlett.


In Office Private Consultations

Prior to an “In Office Private Consultation” a packet will be mailed to you requesting information pertaining to your practice as well as a questioner regarding your specific concerns.

The first evening Scarlett arrives she will meet with the doctor for approximately one hour to discuss the concerns and goals of the practice.

DAY 1: MORNING
Morning patients are scheduled as normal. Staff members will be interviewed individually. These interviews play a very large part of the consultation process. The results will be discussed with the doctor that evening and followed in detail in the consultation report. After the staff interviews, various systems within the practice will be observed.

DAY 1: AFTERNOON
Scarlett will need to observe at least 2 new patient exams as well as a normal scheduled afternoon. That evening Scarlett will meet with the doctor to discuss recommendations and review the outline for the next day's workshop.

DAY 2: MORNING
No patients are scheduled. A workshop will be conducted with the doctor and staff. During the workshop, recommendations for the practice will be discussed; projects will be planned and implemented in accordance with the needs of the practice.
Scarlett will normally depart by 1:00 p.m. so patients may be scheduled for the remainder of the afternoon.

After evaluating the entire practice, Scarlett will customize her recommendations to meet the client's specific needs. The doctor will receive a written proposal of her recommendations within 2 weeks following the consultation.

FOLLOW-UP ANNUAL VISITS
Although there are no contracts to sign for future consultations, Orthodontic Management Solutions Inc, highly recommends annual 1-day or 2-day follow-up visits. Follow-up visits keep the practice moving in a positive direction and help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
The staff and or doctor is encouraged to e-mail Scarlett any time if questions arise after the consultation is complete.
